In the event of the resale, what is the assessment owed by the new homeowner?
The new homeowner is will be required to pay a one time assessment fee equal to the annual dues for that respective year. For example, the assessment for 2012 would be $275.00

When are the Annual Homeowners Assessments due?
January 1st of each calender year. A late fee of 10% will be assessed if full payment is not received by March 31st of each year.
