Spalding Heights consists of 50 homes situated on 5 different streets. The main street as you enter the community is Spalding Heights Drive and the other streets, Belvedere Court, Ivy Hall, Eaton Place, and Westminster Place are accessed from there. Our residents consists of business owners, active and retired business and sales executives working for both small and large companies, professionals of all types including doctors, lawyers, accountants, educators, and nurses, and wonderful hardworking moms.
We are in Fulton County, Georgia and are close to our neighboring municipality, the City of Dunwoody. The neighborhood is located off of beautiful Spalding Drive between Jett Ferry Rd. and Mt. Vernon Rd. We are just a a few minutes drive to food stores, an interesting variety of eateries, dry cleaners, drug stores, hair salons, and various retail businesses. Perimeter Mall and the Perimeter Center area, with its vast array of restaurants, retail shops, and entertainment venues, is just 10 minutes from our doorsteps, and Atlanta's expressway system can be easily accessed, as well.
